June 4, 2016: Electric fast greens with stimpmeter speed over 13 and Clover greens golf course spread over boundary of Karnataka and Tamilnadu, Aadil Bedi set the golf course on fire with 15 birdies over 4 days with the score of 71, 71, 70 and 68 with total of 280 and won the Karnataka Junior golf championship with 2 strokes over his childhood buddy golfer Manav Bais from Delhi.

With this win Aadil moved to 3rd position with 290 Points in his kitty in IGU Merit list of A category with Southern India junior golf match to go next week at Eagleton Golf Resort Bangalore before he moves to USA this month for world cup.

15 year old Aadil who practice under coach Jesse Grewal at CGA and Chandigarh Golf course said that “I need this win badly as I was youngest in the A category, and as I just moved to A category (15-18 year) to boost my confidence before I take on player from rest of the world in USA world cup next month.”

“At present I am working with my short game with my coach particularly putting with my coach. This is helping me to score low with new putting techniques under my coach Jesse Grewal.”

This season Aadil played 12 rounds in domestic golf circuit and shot 7 rounds level Par and below. “I am sure I will bring medal for my country in the world cup next month.” said, 15 year old junior champion Aadil Bedi.
