Born in 1988 in Casablanca she started golf in 2001 at the age of 13 at Golf du Soleil Agadir. From 2003, she began to represent Morocco at international events all over Europe. In December of 2012, she became the first Moroccan and Arab professional golfer to reach the European Tour after winning the First Stage of Qualifying School at 16 under par and finishing 20th during the Second Stage to finally earn my European Tour Card.

Maha travels extensively, is country-proud and loves the journeys that golf help her take. She is often travelling week to week to play tournaments.

Here’s her special interview as part of our ongoing series Golf Travel Diaries
