October 30, 2014: Another day of high scoring saw Vaishavi Sinha take advantage of a 71, the only sub-par round on the day to swap positions with Sharmila Nicollet. Sinha gained a two shot lead with Nicollet, the overnight leader dropping to second on an ungainly 76. Vaishavi is at one over 145, with Sharmila behind at 147. Vani Kapoor was disqualified from the event, though the reasons for her disqualification are not yet available from the WGAI officials.

Vaishavi had a clean run on the return stretch, making two birdies along the way for a 34 shot finish. Sharmila suffered a double bogey at the par-5 third hole and a quadruple bogey at the par-3 fifth. She had to work desperately hard from there to finish with a four over score for the round.

Gursimar Badwal was lying in joint third with Smriti Mehra after shooting 75 and 77 respectively. Badwal made five bogeys on the day, while Mehra shot four bogeys and a double at the ninth hole. To her credit Mehra coasted home without any further damage making nine straight pars on her way to the clubhouse.

Shweta Galande made seven bogeys in her second round 79 as she slipped to fifth with a score of 7-over 151. Delhi girl Ankita Tiwana made a 78 to settle in at sixth, two shots behind Galande.

Neha Tripathi shot an 81, mainly owing to a 9 at the par-4 second hole. She was tied with Saaniya Sharma in ninth with a score of 158, which is fourteen shots over par.
