May 6, 2014: Jesper Parnevik, a Swede golfer, who got Tiger Woods and his ex-wife Elin Nordegren together, says that Elin has no hard feelings against Tiger any more.

“I spend a lot of time with Elin, obviously, and they’re pretty good friends, she and Tiger,” Parnevik said. “I think everything’s been worked out. She seems to have let go of the whole thing, as well.”

Parnevik was one of the most outspoken critic of Tiger Woods, when the 14-time major winner’s all-consuming sex scandal came open in 2009, says that he has made up with Woods over a round of golf.

“Tiger is a member of the same club as me in Florida, at the Medalist,” Parnevik, 49, said in a phone interview with Golf Magazine. “I never hold a grudge. It was over pretty quick, but that was my initial reaction because Elin was like a daughter for me. Tiger and I played nine holes out at Medalist, so there’s nothing there. Everybody makes mistakes. He’s been dealing with enough stuff in his life. You say what you think and move on.”

When Tiger’s numerous extra marital affairs revelations became public, it was Parnevik, who in an interview with the Golf Channel, took Woods to task for his treatment of Elin Nordegren — Woods’s wife at the time, who was Parneviks’ former nanny. Of the rumor that she had attacked Woods with an iron, Parnevik said he hoped she “uses a driver next time.”

“We probably thought he was a better guy than he is,” Parnevik had said then.
