Dec 25, 2013. The first day of the Evolution Golf Western India Inter school Championship got off to an excellent start with three teams within one shot of each other . Leading the pack with a score of 74 ( Mercedes Benz International School) represented by Tanay Srivastav and Gaurav Jaitha. They are closely followed by (St Gregorious High School) represented by Ronav Patel and Ria D’Costa with a score of 75. Cathedral and John Connon School represented by the Nath Brothers (Aahan and Aryaan Nath) are currently in third place with a score of 76.
The individual competition too saw a closely bunched leaderboard with the following children leading in the various categories.
Category A & B boys – Mayur Mistry ( Our Lady of Perperpual Succour High School) 75; Aarush Ahuja (R A Podar College) 76; Tanay Srivastav (Mercedes Benz International School) 80.
Category C Boys – Aryaan Nath ( Cathedral & John Connon School) , Tanmay Negi (Bishops Coed School), Avnay Khanna (Bishops Coed School)
Category D – Ronav Patel (St Gregorious High School) ; Aaditya Natekar (Vidya Valley High School Pune)
In the Girls the leaders look as follows :
Ananya Dattar (St Anthony’s Girls High School) followed by Inika Shetty (Symbiosis International School Pune) and Parina Patel (DPS Bopal) in third place currently.
In Category C Girls Kaurvika Kumar (Hiranandani High School) leads followed by Gauri Karade (KPC English High School)
In Category D Ria D’costa (St Gregorious High School) leads rival Hridika Vora (Dhirubai Ambani) .
Category E division is lead by Aryamaan Singh( Vibgyor High School) followed by Ishaan Kulkarni from (Indus International School Pune)
The BPGC played in pristine condition and scores are expected to be lower tomorrow.
