Dec 30, 2013. As the new year folds in 2014, the young and competitive spirit in golf promises to multiply. India’s top notch players are putting themselves to some serious plans to grow their game and focus on improvement. Some days are good and some days are bad, many tournaments are lost and some are won. That’s the nature of golf.

The 2013 season has been my most consistent season so far as I won four titles this year. My golf and my physical conditioning improved by leaps and bounds this year. The win today gives me a further boost for the coming season. McLeod Russel has set the benchmark in India as far as domestic events are concerned. It’s a great tournament, very well organized and at par with some of the top events that I have played abroad.

It has been a roller coaster 2 years on the Ladies European Tour, the latter half being spent on injury rehab and getting some match practice. The learning has been immense and I know the mammoth effort that it will take to make my mark in 2014
