September 30, 2013. The 28-year-old Bangladeshi golfer, Siddikur Rahman would like to learn  from his  past mistakes to chisel his golfing technique. Just returned from his second round of the Asia-Pacific Panasonic Open, He likes over come silly mistakes that led him finish 27th at the event jointly organized by Asian Tour and Japan Tour. He has described his experience and lessons from the event in his latest blog.

“It was a very good day. The weather was lovely and it was as windy as yesterday. To be honest, it was an easy day but I didn’t take advantage of it. It was a long day for me and it was a real rollercoaster ride because I shot five birdies, five bogeys and eight pars!” Rahman wrote in his blog.

Rahman, who is trying to rediscover his form to earn a spot at CIMB Classic and WGC-HSBC Champions, said that he had a good chance to have a good score but he made many silly mistakes even after finding the centre of the fairway.

“I’m hitting the ball very good this week and my game has come back. I’m happy that I’m hitting the shots that I want. My swing is also in good shape so let’s see where the weekend takes me.

I need to stop making silly mistakes! I made a few up-and-downs but if I didn’t make those silly mistakes, I think I would be way up on the leader board.”
