In this latest segment, Bangladeshi Siddikur Rahman talks about his best golfing moment to date, his favourite holiday destination and the inspiration in his life.

What’s your best golfing moment to date?

It would have to be in 2010 when I won my first Asian Tour title in Brunei. That win gave me lots of self-confidence and belief that I can be the best I want to be!

Where is your favourite holiday destination?

Crans Montana, Switzerland. I look forward to playing at the Omega European Masters every year as the sights and sounds of that lovely place is second to none.

Who is your inspiration in life?

Ernie Els. He has shown great character and exemplifies the true spirit of the game.

If you could buy anything in this world, what would it be?

Probably a nice house for my family.

Why did you start playing golf?

I grew up working as a ball boy at my home course Kurmitola Golf Club in Bangladesh and that stirred my interest in the game.

What playlist do you have going in your phone and car right now?

I’m not so much into music but I love watching comedies. Any kind of comedies.
