October 16, 2016: Aditi Ashok continued her outstanding run of results on the Ladies European Tour with a fourth straight top ten finish. The 18 year old from Bengaluru shot 70-71-70-71 in China to finish in a tie for eighth place in the Xiamen International Ladies Open. Anne Van Dam won the title edging Yuting Shi by a solitary shot, 68 to 69 in the final round to take the title in a tense finish
Incredibly, Aditi has been a picture of consistency in the past few weeks. She kept her sheet clean for a second time this week, as he coasted to a comfortable finish inside the top ten.
Aditi Ashok was also consistent in the previous event, the Ladies Open de France where she made 69 in each of the four rounds.
This week in Xiamen, Aditi conceded just three bogeys – two in the first round and another on Saturday.
Vani Kapoor (72-70-73-73) also played well this week. She finished in a tie for 29th place.
