The Arnold Palmer Design Company of Orlando, One of the world’s largest golf course architecture firms, has announced the opening of its new office in India. Liam Timms has been appointed as the Regional Director. India office will be overseeing the company’s operations in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
Thad Layton, Vice President and Senior Architect at APDC explained that: “APDC is in a growth mode and we are seeing demand for our services in virtually every part of the world. We want to be a part of golf’s growth in India and its neighbors. Through our new office in India and our collaboration with Liam Timms we will help the region grow golf in an intelligent and sustainable way.”

APDC designed the prestigious DLF Club in Delhi and is well-positioned to play a major role in India and the region. From India alone there are many young professionals making a name on the European circuits. Establishing more world-class golf courses at home will help them succeed internationally.”
