Young Millie Saroha, an amateur is looking to hone her golf skills at the Hero Women’s Indian Open. She is bright, experienced as a youngster and has had some good finishes recently. For her, this third time opportunity to play the tournament is a step to preparation of turning pro. In this quick five she talks about what excites her.
[Q] How does it feeling playing at the Hero Women’s Indian Open? [/Q]
[A] It feels great to be playing the Hero Women’s Indian open. It will be my third time playing this event and I am very excited about it. [/A]
[Q] What’s the most inspiring part about playing with global names? [/Q]
[A] Playing with such successful names in women’s golf just makes me want to work even harder to get there myself. It truly inspiring to play with players of that caliber. [/A]
[Q] How do you make the most of such an opportunity? [/Q]
[A] I like to talk to the player I play with and get a lot of first hand information about how they have reached where they are today. Also just the experience of playing with them is great. [/A]
[Q] It’s being played at the Delhi Golf Club – how comfortable are you with the course? [/Q]
[A] Delhi golf club is my home course so I’m very comfortable with it. [/A]
[Q] If you had a choice to be paired with someone who would you choose? [/Q]
[A] I would absolutely love to be paired with Laura Davis she is great player and I would love to be able to play with her. [/A]
[Q] What’s the most daunting part about playing in a world class tournament like this? [/Q]
[A] Nothing really cause the amount of experience you get from playing such and event is huge. And I don’t find anything daunting about that. [/A]
