Tiffany played sensational clutch golf in the final moments to clinch a remarkable playoff victory. She made a birdie from 12 feet on the 18th green to force sudden death. Kanphanitnan Muangkhumsakul drove out of bounds on the first playoff hole, leaving her amateur opponent to make par for a memorable home victory.

“I’m so emotional and I can’t express how happy I am right now,” said the University of Southern California student, who is expected to move into the top-10 of the world amateur rankings,” said Chan. “I’m so thankful for the support I’ve had. To win on my home course makes it all the more special. Without the support I’ve had today I don’t think I could have done it.”
