Nepalese golfers for Bhutan Amateur

Nepal's No 1 amateur golfer Dinesh Prajapati and No 3 Bikash Bogati left for Bhutan to participate in the Bhutan Amateur Open Tournament

December 18, 2013: Nepal’s No 1 amateur golfer Dinesh Prajapati and No 3 Bikash Bogati left for Bhutan to participate in the Bhutan Amateur Open Tournament. These golfers are members of the Surya Nepal NGA Youth Golf Development Programme. They will be competing along with players from India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Bhutan in the event slated for December 19-22 at the Royal Thimpu Golf Club. NGA General Secretary Tashi Ghale and other officials bade farewell to the players.

 

Bogati and Prajapati participated in Tata Steel 113th Amateur Golf Championship held in Mumbai last week. The duo were in India for a two month camp held in July at Golden Greens, Gurgaon. They are ready to put up a good show in Bhutan after all the training and experience gained this year.
