PGTI Feeder Tour in Lucknow

Lucknow, October 13, 2013: Ansal API and PGTI jointly announce the Ansal API Feeder Tour Championship. The fifth and final event of the Professional Golf Tour of India’s (PGTI) 2013 Feeder Tour season will be held from October 15 – 17, 2013 in Lucknow.

 

The tournament carries a total prize purse of Rs. 6 lakh. The tournament will feature a field of 70 players and will be played over three rounds of 18 holes each with the cut being applied after 36 holes.

 

The top names in the field include Harendra Gupta of Chandigarh and Delhi’s Pawan Kumar. The local challenge will be led by Lucknow-based professionals Rajesh Kumar Rawat, Sheeraz Kalra, Bhoop Singh, Jumman, Manoj Kumar, Amardeep Rawat and Eshanvir Singh, to name a few. Arjun Singh Chaudhri of Noida and Delhi’s Honey Baisoya, currently placed first and second on the Feeder Tour Order of Merit respectively, will also be among the top contenders at the event.

We seek to build on our partnership with Ansal API in order to further strengthen the foundations of Indian professional golf. We look forward to some exciting golf at this magnificent new venue as the race for the Feeder Tour Order of Merit title enters its final stretch.”
