May 04, 2017: The Rocco Forte Open – Verdura Sicily is giving golf fans a unique opportunity to play alongside a European Tour star in an official tournament Pro-Am, as part of an exclusive holiday package.
The European Tour Travel Club and the luxurious five-star Rocco Forte Verdura Resort are offering a VIP experience which includes three nights’ bed and breakfast and unlimited golf on the Guest and Executive courses.
But the star attraction will be the opportunity to play alongside one of the many European Tour stars in the field for the event, which takes place from May 18-21.
Former Ryder Cup stars Robert Karlsson, Edoardo Molinari and Chris Wood are among some of those in the field while Ryder Cup Captain Thomas Bjørn, former Masters Champions Trevor Immelman and Mike Weir and four-time European Tour-winning home favourite Matteo Manassero will also tee it up.
