I have been working on the mental aspect of my game, and I'm going to continue with that this year too. It's just going to take a slight backseat as I shift my focus this year to concentrate on my physical fitness.

For me, it is important to not just have a slim/athletic body, but a strong body. And this is what I’m going to be focussing on primarily this year. I don’t want to do this in order to hit long or anything, but I wanna do this because of a bigger picture I have in mind.

STAYING FIT IS KEY

I believe in staying fit, and healthy and I wish to keep this up even if I’m not playing pro golf. So if it helps me hit long in that process, that’s just an icing on the cake? Fitness had actually never been a goal in the past couple years, but I guess there is a time for everything haha.

BECOME A BETTER PLAYER

My second and most important golf for this year is to be a better player every week. Of course, I want to shoot lower scores, but I also want to learn from my mistakes and use them to shoot better scores the coming week. To me, growth as a player, is imp

LEARN FROM EVERY ROUND

I think that every round teaches the player something they didn’t know about themselves. It may be a shot that you never thought you could pull off or it maybe the way you mentally dealt with a situation and came out successful. Every round is unique and I want to be more attentive to my game this year and use this same experience to make me into a better player every week. I have read that a lot of top golfers do that, and I’m going to try and implement that in my game.
