India’s top ranked golfer is riding a good season and it is no surprise that he has broken into the top 100. He is up 36 spots from his ranking of 111 at the end of last year.

Another golfer who has made impressive strides is Rashid Khan – who has leapt to 314 from 600th in the rankings last year. In contrast, Bhullar has lost ground, giving away nearly 100 places to drop from 148 to 231.

Jeev Milkha Singh has suffered a big slip – dropping to 662 from his rank of 287 at the end of last year. SSP Chowrasia though has climbed up from 409 to 353 as we near the midway point of this season.

Chiragh Kumar brings up the rear end of this list, having slipped down from 677th at the end of last season to 739th in the Official World Golf Rankings. Shubhankar Sharma could enter the charts soon, as he has made good progress to jump from 1508 last year to 1028 this week.
